Heart of Jesus -     "My heart overflows with great mercy for souls, and especially

                              for poor sinners. For them I dwell in the tabernacle as King 

                              Mercy"

Cross -                   "Then I saw the Lord Jesus dying on the Cross amidst great

                              suffering, and out of the Heart of Jesus came the same two 

                              two rays as are in the Image"

Rays of Mercy -      "These two rays issued forth from the very depth of My

                              tender mercy when My agonised Heart was opened by a lance

                              on the Cross"

Colours -                "The two rays represents the blood and water"- St. Faustina

                             (Diary, p132) The RED colour represents the blood and the

                             mystery of the Eucharist, while the BLUE colour symbolises 

                             the water of Baptism and Gift of The Holy Spirit.

 

Lettering -           "Church of the Divine Mercy" denotes the name of Church,

                            "Shah Alam", its location.

 

Logo Shape -        The logo is designed in the shape of a door with an arch above

                            to symbolise Jesus' appearance to St. Faustina in a vision 

                            through an arched door.
